Services · Part 04 of 6

Your site is not underperforming. It is silent, and silence has a monthly cost.

This is the part where traffic turns into booked calls. Speed, structure, 1 primary action, proof placed where doubt happens, tracking that tells the truth, and a direct line into the CRM. It is 1 part of the Tinova Growth System, and your diagnosis decides whether we touch it at all.

1 primary action per page 3 second load target 0 enquiries lost to an inbox

Scope and fee are quoted after the diagnosis, never before it.

The buyer’s problem

People arrive, read a little, and leave without doing anything.

The site looks acceptable. It loads slowly on a phone. There are 6 competing calls to action, so the visitor picks none. The form goes to an inbox somebody checks on Thursday.

Symptoms we hear on the call: traffic with no enquiries, enquiries with no source, and a mobile experience nobody has tested since launch.

What we actually change

6 decisions decide whether a site books calls. Design is only 1 of them.

Every quiet site we have diagnosed was losing money on at least 3 of these.

Decision 01

Speed

A slow site loses buyers before it says anything. We build lean, size every image and hold a load target on a mid-range phone.

Decision 02

Structure

Pages ordered by the questions a buyer asks, in the order they ask them. Navigation names outcomes, and every page routes to the action.

Decision 03

1 primary action

Every page has 1 thing we want a visitor to do, in the same words, plus 1 secondary action. Everything else goes.

Decision 04

Proof placement

Proof goes where doubt occurs. Named results next to the claim, a quote next to the price objection, faces next to the promise about people.

Decision 05

Tracking

Analytics and conversion events configured on purpose, so a booked call traces back to a page and a source.

Decision 06

CRM connection

Forms and booking flows push into the CRM with the source attached, triggering follow-up immediately.
Strategy, copy, build and tracking come from 1 team. Hosting, domain, CMS and analytics are set up in your name from day 1.

What is actually included

The build sheet. Every item is something you can open or test.

Page count and functionality are set by your diagnosis. The categories below are always present.

Artefact 01

Site map and wireframes

Agreed before any visual design starts, so structure is never an accident.
  • Page list with the job each page does
  • Section order per page, with the buyer question it answers

Artefact 02

Written page copy

Copy from your positioning, not filler for the designer to replace.
  • Headline, subhead and body for every section
  • Objection handling written into the page order

Artefact 03

The built site

Responsive, accessible and fast, on a platform you can edit.
  • Tested at 375px, on tablet and on desktop
  • Keyboard navigation, alt text and contrast checked
  • Forms with validation, spam protection and a real thank-you step

Artefact 04

Speed and technical report

Numbers before and after, in writing.
  • Load times measured on mobile and desktop
  • Indexing, sitemap, robots and canonical tags set

Artefact 05

Tracking and events map

1 document showing exactly what is measured and where.
  • Analytics installed with conversion events named
  • Form and booking events tied to page and source

Artefact 06

Handover pack

You leave able to run it without us.
  • All logins in your name: hosting, domain, CMS, analytics
  • Recorded walkthrough of how to edit every page type
  • Backup, update and security routine written down

HOW IT RUNS

5 steps. Nothing gets designed before the structure is signed off.

Most website projects go wrong in week 1, when design starts before anyone agrees what the site should make a stranger do.

01

Audit what you already have

We measure the current site: load speed on mobile, where visitors drop, which pages get read, what happens to a form submission today.

Output: current numbers, and 3 places money is leaving.
02

Decide the 1 action, then structure around it

We pick the primary action, usually a booked call, then build the site map and wireframes so every page routes there.

Output: site map and wireframes, approved.
03

Write, then design

Copy comes from your positioning and gets written first. Design is built around real words at real length.

Output: page copy and visual design, mobile shown first.
04

Build, connect and test

Forms and the booking flow connect to the CRM with source tracking. We test every path at 375px, on tablet and on desktop.

Output: live site, tracking map, tested submission paths.
05

Launch, watch, hand over

We watch real behaviour after launch and fix what the data shows. Then the handover: logins, walkthrough, routine.

Output: post-launch fixes and handover pack in your name.

Which of the 6 leaks this closes

It closes the conversion leak and part of the follow-up leak.

Because the site connects to the CRM, an enquiry cannot arrive without a source and a trigger.

Proof

A launch that produced revenue in the first 48 hours.

$10K

Tahira Collection

First 48 hours

Tahira Collection launched on a site with 1 primary action, a page order built around the questions the chosen buyer asks, and proof placed where hesitation shows up. Speed was treated as a revenue item. Every capture point fed the CRM with its source attached. $10K landed in the first 48 hours after launch, before any paid spend was switched on.
