Services · Part 03 of 6
A buyer decides whether you are real in about 3 seconds. Then they look for reasons to agree.
The mark, the type, the colour and every place they get applied. Identity removes doubt, so a serious company stops looking temporary. This is 1 part of the Tinova Growth System, and your diagnosis decides whether we touch it at all.
Scope and fee are quoted after the diagnosis, never before it.
The buyer’s problem
Your work is better than your first impression, and you keep paying for the gap.
The mark was made quickly, or cheaply, or by a tool. It falls apart at 24px, there is no dark background version, and 4 slightly different files are in circulation. Buyers read small, new, risky.Symptoms we hear on the call: being asked how long you have been in business, losing to a weaker competitor with a sharper look, and nobody knowing which file is current.
The honest part
A mark is a trust accelerator, not a demand generator.
It makes people believe you faster. It does not make them show up. So we look at what is actually leaking before we draw anything.
What a logo can do
Remove doubt in the first seconds
It buys the benefit of the doubt on a site, a proposal, a van or an invoice. That is worth real money in a cautious category. What a logo cannot do
Fix a message or an offer
If a stranger cannot say what you do, a new mark only makes that confusion look more expensive. What we do instead
Diagnose, then scope honestly
If identity is your biggest leak, we build it and say so. If the leak is the offer, the message or the follow-up, we scope that instead.Identity applied
A mark only exists once it survives the real world.
We design for where identity gets seen: a sign at street distance, a phone screen in sunlight, a document a buyer keeps.
What is actually included
Files, not impressions. Here is the exact contents of the handover folder.
Working files in every format your printer, your developer and your signmaker will ask for.

HOW IT RUNS
4 steps, 3 directions, 1 decision.
We present 3 arguments, each tied to your positioning, and tell you which 1 we would choose and why.
Brief from the position, not from taste
We start from your positioning and your highest value customer. A mark drawn for an undecided position gets rebuilt later.
3 directions, each with a reason
3 distinct routes, presented on a sign, a screen and a document rather than floating on white. Each with its argument and trade-off.
Refine the chosen route
2 rounds on the direction you pick: optical corrections, small-size redraw, colour and type locked, then tested at 16px and at 3 metres.
Systemise and hand over
We build the guideline document, produce the applied assets, then walk your team through which file to use where.
Which of the 6 leaks this closes
It closes the trust leak, and
only that 1.
This is the narrowest of the 6 parts. If leaks 01, 02 or 06 are open, fixing 03 alone will not move revenue.

Where this connects
The parts that make a new mark worth having.
Identity is worth most applied to a clear offer, a sharp message and a site that asks for 1 action. Every source file is yours.
PART 01
Business Foundation
A premium look with no margin behind it is a costume. The economics come first.
PART 02

The mark is an argument for a position. Without a position it is decoration.
