Careers at Tinova
You will own an outcome, not a task list.Remote, distributed across 5 countries, and honest about what the job actually is.
You see the diagnosis, you know the 1 number the client agreed to, and you are measured on whether the build moved it. That is pressure. It is also the fastest way anyone learns this work.
Read the screen below first. It tells you what to put in the email.
Growth with integrity, powered by intelligence

“I hire people I can hand a client to. That is the whole bar, and it is why the screen is honest.”
Tino A
Founder, Tinova
The honest screen
We would rather lose you now than 6 weeks in.
Small team, real money on the line. Read both columns. If the right column is you, do not apply, and no hard feelings.
People who thrive here
- You ask what number the work is supposed to move before you start it.
- You write clearly. Every role here involves writing, including the design and dev roles.
- You are comfortable being the named owner of a deliverable in front of a client.
- You use AI on the boring 80%, then apply judgement to the last 20%.
People who do not
- You want a fixed ticket queue and no contact with the client's numbers.
- You need someone online at all times to unblock you.
- You go quiet when a deadline is in danger.
How the work runs
Remote, distributed, and pointed at 1 number per client.
Tinova is staffed across the USA, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and India. We run on documentation, not on presence.
01
Remote by default
No office and no commute. You keep hours that work where you live, with a short overlap window agreed with your pod.
Judged on shipped work, not on a green status light.
02
Written handoffs across timezones
Every build has a diagnosis, a ranked leak list and a decision log. You pick up the thread from what the last person wrote and leave it clean for the next one.
If it is not written down, it did not happen.
03
Ownership of outcomes
You get the client's agreed number and the part of the system you own. You choose the approach, flag risk early, and report against the number.
1 named owner per deliverable, always.
What you get in return. Real client exposure from the diagnosis onward, direct feedback from the founder, and work that goes live. You build things you can point at in 21 days, not in 2 years.
Who we hire
6 role families. We hire when a client build needs the seat filled.
We hire when a build needs the seat. Our builds are Investor-Ready in 21 Days, Double Your Business in 6 Months, and scoped agency projects, all run in house. Send your application to the family that fits you and we keep strong ones on file.
Strategists
Run diagnoses, rank leaks by revenue impact, and set the 1 number a build is measured against. Commercial instinct and clean writing.
Designers
Brand systems, logos, web design and campaign creative. Design that earns trust in seconds and can be defended with a reason.
Developers
Websites, landing pages, CRM configuration and automation that fires. Page speed, forms that never drop a lead, clean handover.
Marketers
SEO, email, paid and organic social. You pick 1 channel, prove it, then scale it, and you can say what you would change on Monday.
Editors
Video and content editors who turn raw footage and drafts into assets on brand and on schedule.
Appointment setters
You work every lead to a booked meeting or a documented no. Calm on the phone, precise in the CRM, honest in the notes.
The application step
1 email, 3 things in it. That is the whole process to get a reply.
Put the role family in the subject line and give us enough to judge the work. Applications without the 3rd item do not get read.
01
Send the email
Write to Info@tinovagency.com with the subject Application · Role · Your Name. In 5 sentences: which role family, and where you are based.
02
Show 2 pieces of proof
Link 2 pieces of work you personally did and say what your part was. A live link beats a PDF. Setters send a call recording or an outreach sequence.
03
Answer 1 question
Pick any Tinova page or program and write 150 words on the 1 thing you would change and why. Most people skip this. We read it first.
Shortlisted applicants get a 30-minute call, then a short paid trial task on real work. No unpaid spec projects. Compensation is discussed on that call.
1 way in
Send the email, then tell us what you would change.
Read a case study or sit in a diagnosis before you write, and say in your application what you would have done differently. That is the part we read first.
