What We’re Looking For
As a System Architect, you will be responsible for designing high-level structures for our project systems, guiding the development team during the implementation process. This includes creating technical blueprints and excellent IT project management skills.
- Define and design system architecture to support business requirements.
- Analyze current systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Work alongside developers and engineers to optimize software and infrastructure.
- Develop a scalable architecture and a support team to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance on the implementation of best practices.
- Oversee architectural progress and guide project teams.
- Maintain documentation and communicate evolving technology trends.
Applicant Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a System Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and best practices.
- Proven experience working with architecture models and tech stacks.
- Ability to lead and align engineering teams on software development lifecycles.
- Experience with CI/CD and agile software development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical ideas effectively.
- A team player who collaborates well with developers, designers, and managers.
