Gini Mohammed did not set out to build just another courier company. She set out to build something different. 

Having immigrated to the United States at eighteen, she learned early that success comes from hard work; but more than that, it comes from caring deeply about what you do. When she looked at the medical courier industry, she saw a gap: general couriers treating medical specimens like any other package, facilities frustrated by unreliable pickups, and a lack of communication.  

She founded Genova Med Courier with a clear purpose; not to move items from point A to point B, but to support healthcare providers and the patients they serve. Every delivery is handled as if a life depends on it, because sometimes it actually does. 

But having a powerful vision and building a business around it are two different things. Gini needed more than passion. She needed strategy, systems, and a partner to help her turn purpose into a scalable plan. That is when she came to us. 

We started at the very beginning, building a complete Brand Strategy that became her North Star. We mapped out her Business Model Canvas, created a KLT (Know, Like, Trust) framework to build credibility, and designed a logo and website that communicates reliability and care.  

We built the systems underneath: a 12-month Strategic Growth Roadmap, a Standardized Rate Card, a Sales Process Flowchart, a CRM to track every lead, and an Operations Manual to prepare her for growth. 

Today, Gini is no longer just someone with a vision. She is the founder of Genova Med Courier, a business with a professional brand, a clear strategy, and the tools she needs to succeed. She has a website she is proud to share, a LinkedIn presence that positions her as a credible partner, a list of thirty potential clients ready for outreach, and a roadmap that tells her exactly what to focus on next.
