What We’re Looking For

As a Sales and Account Manager at Tinova, you’ll build strong relationships with purpose-driven brands, guiding them from initial conversations to long-term partnerships. You’ll help clients understand our ethical marketing solutions and ensure their satisfaction and success.

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients

  • Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing solutions

  • Manage ongoing client accounts and ensure high satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects

  • Meet sales targets and identify growth opportunities

Applicant Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales, account management, or client services

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative team environment
